 Accommodations: We have four different stylized rooms, each with queen bed and private bath and two suites with a queen bed, and private bath. Click here to see room descriptions and photos.Rates: Our rooms vary seasonally per room, per night, plus tax, based on double occupancy. Some of our rooms can accommodate an extra person with an additional charge of $35 per night, plus tax. Please view our tour the inn page for specific rates.Check In/Out: Check in time is between 3 pm and 8 pm unless prior arrangements have been made. Check out is by 11 am. Reservations are recommended in advance. Some weekends require a 3-night minimum.Deposits: To guarantee your reservations, full payment is required for reservations of 1 night, and a 50% deposit is required for 2 or more nights for each room reserved. A deposit will be taken at the time reservations are made. If reserving by check, we must receive your deposit within 7 days from the date of placing your reservations. Cancellations: Deposits will be refunded on all reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to your arrival date, minus a $25 administrative fee per room. Less than 14 days notice, deposit will be forfeited. There are no refunds for arrivals later or early departures. No shows are treated as a confirmed reservation and will be billed for their entire stay.Restrictions: No pets. No smoking.
