The Candlelite Inn has four luxurious and individually decorated rooms and two comfortable suites sure to make you feel relaxed and at ease. Each room is complete with a queen size bed and private bath and offers the weary traveler a relaxed atmosphere, numerous amenities and a scrumptious breakfast with dessert after a restful nights sleep.
Wake up to the mouthwatering smells coming from the Inn's kitchen as we freshly prepare your 3 course breakfast - right down to the housemade dessert. Homemade jellies and jams, freshly baked muffins and breads, tantalizing entrees and mouth watering cobblers, pies and tarts. Breakfast is served in our lovely Sun Room overlooking the pond. You can also watch the sun rise while sitting on our spacious porches while sipping your choice of delicious coffee or tea.
The Candlelite Inn is nestled on over three acres of countryside. The Inn is within minutes to two major ski areas, Mt. Sunapee Resort and Pat's Peak, and only a short drive to Ragged Mountain Resort. The inn is also just a short distance away from Colby Sawyer College and New England College, making it a perfect home base for visiting parents or families checking out local colleges. Sail, Cruise and Dine on Lake Sunapee on the MV Kearsarge and MV Mt. Sunapee Cruises. Located near wonderful restaurants , the inn sits in a region favorable to hunting, fishing, boating, and many other outdoor activities including the Sunapee-Ragged-Kearsarge Greenway for hiking . For those in the mood for some history and the arts, the region offers local playhouses and concerts, antiquing, flea markets, barn sales, and auctions. Policies
Accommodations: We have four different stylized rooms, each with queen bed and private bath and two suites with a queen bed, and private bath. Some of our rooms can accommodate an extra person with an additional charge of $35 per night. Room rates are subject to an 8% New Hampshire meals and rooms tax.Reservations are recommended in advance. Some weekends require a 3-night minimum.Payment: To guarantee your reservations, full payment is required for reservations of 1 night, and a 50% deposit is required for 2 or more nights for each room reserved. A deposit will be taken at the time reservations are made. If reserving by check, we must receive your deposit within 7 days from the date of placing your reservations. We accept all major credit cards.
Cancellation Policy: Deposits will be refunded on all reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to your arrival, minus a $25 administrative fee, per room. Less than 14 days notice, your deposit will be forfeited.There are no refunds for arrivals later or for an early departure. No Shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.Restrictions: We are unable to meet the needs of children under 12. No pets. We are a non smoking Inn.Breakfast: Full gourmet breakfast - down to dessert. Breakfast is served between 8:00-9:30 am.Check In/Out: Check in time is between 3 pm and 8 pm unless priorarrangements have been made. Check out is by 11 am.

Directions
From the Boston Area: Take I-93 North to Concord and take I-89 North to Exit 9 (Warner-Bradford, Rte 103). Take Rte 103 West to Rte 114 (the first red light). Make a right on Rte 114, we are exactly 3/10 of a mile on the left.
From Connecticut and other Points South: Take I-91 North to Exit 8 in Vermont. Take Rte 12 into Claremont then follow signs to Rte 11/103. Leaving Newport, Rte 11/103 splits, follow Rte 103. Take Rte 103 into Bradford and the second traffic light is Rte 114. Make a left on Rte 114 and we are exactly 3/10 of a mile on the left.
